Digi stamp no 2...

Hiya all, great day for crafting today, its still pouring with rain and I cant go anywhere due to my stupid knee. So all I can do is sit and colour, make cards and generally be a pain in the bum for my family who are having to wait on me hand and foot!! (I'm making the most of it LOL!!!)
Today I have another digi stamp card to share with you.
I think this may be a very bad move that I made buying my first digi, like most crafters Im a 'I want it now!' crafter and this idea of digi stamps and papers was one I tried very hard to stay away from cause I knew I would get hooked, and yep I am. Especially as I have to rest and I am finding myself sitting with my ipad just browsing through shop after shop after shop.
Oh dear Im not going to have a happy bank manager (or hubby for that matter!!).
Anyway heres todays card,

Card Recipe,

Christmas card and an accident!..

Hi everyone, what a horrible day it is here, I dont think it could rain any heavier, it is just pouring at the moment, really miserable. Which is just how I feel too :-(
I dislocated my knee and now have my leg all strapped up in what I can only describe as some sort of torture device!! and I have to use crutches. Ive to rest it and go and see the orthopaedic doctors on monday. Its not the first time that Ive done this, it was a regular event in my teens as I have hypermobilty syndrome, but its the first time ive done it for 20 years. On the bright side though I can sit and make cards while I rest it.
Yaaaay, always look for a silver lining!! lol
Anyway enough of my whinging, let me show you todays card. Ive finally got round to making my first Christmas card and using my very first digi stamp!

Ive used promarkers to colour it in, I was a bit concerned about the printer ink but it seems ok so Im off to look for more digi stamps, well theres nothing else I can do!!lol

Card recipe,

flowers - WOC
Medium - promarkers

Happy dancing Tilda,

Hi all, I'm still here!! Just trying to get back into my old routine as our schools are now back and so is nursery for Alex. Its amazing how 8 weeks holiday knocks you off balance and makes it difficult to get back into routines. I finally got round to making a card last night, which I made with the paper sundaes challenge in mind. Their challenge was to use at least 2 of the following toppings, Green, buttons, banners and/or twine. Well do I need any excuse to get out my banner die? No i think not lol!!
I used all the toppings as there is a tiny bit of green on the bunting and button.
The card looks very bright in the pics, its not so bright IRL, I find bright pinks very hard to photograph!

The card base started life as a square scalloped craftwork cards basic card. I knew I wanted to make this shape and have the bunting hanging across the top. So after much measuring, cutting, folding atc I managed to get it right and I, very happy they way it turned out. You can probably buy these card shapes somewhere but i like a challenge and anything that saves money is good in my book.

Card recipe;
Image - Dancing Party Tilda.
Papers -  MME Lost and found two Blush (gorge!!)
Flowers - WOC
Die - cheery lynne flourish
Heart charm, buttons, ribbon and bakers twine all The Ribbon Girl
bunting - Whimsy die
