Move it Baby!

Evening lovelies, I hope its been nicer today where you are, its been wet all day but now the sun has come out so while its still chilly its very nice, I have been out on the roof terrace having a wee glass of wine!

But its now time for a new challenge over at MDUC, and boy did this have us all in tizzy this week! lol The theme is

and of course we ended up making it harder for ourselves than was necessary! well maybe I did lol sorry girls! hehehe

I went for using the swing in magnolia branch so I could have it 'swinging' I also made a tent card to make it easier for it to swing.

I had my tilda all picked out, I was planning on using celebration tilda but when the glitterpot had a free P&P offer on last weekend I ended up ordering the cute tilda with butterfly from the latest collection as I have been falling in love with her over the past few weeks, she is very sweet.

CAS at Mo's

Well morning lovelies! Now I don't know about you but I suffer from hayfever and boy has it started up with a vengance! My eyes are so itchy and I cant stop sneezing, I have been taking piriton because I cant take anti histamines, they make me very ill. Unfortunately the piriton only helps a little so I am feeling very sorry for myself right now!

Well its Thursday again so its time for a new challenge over at Mo's and this week our host is Anja and her chosen theme is Clean and simple. Now you know me, CAS is soooo not my thing so this was a huge challenge for me, I had to sit on my hands and had a few tears cause I was not a happy bunny but anyway I got there in the end and this is what I came up with....

A special project...

Well hello my lovelies, I have a special project to share with you today. This has been in the making for about a month now and I am so happy to have finished it! yayy!!

A little while ago I saw that Angie from Little Darlings had set a fabulous competition on the little Darlings Inspiration blog and wow! the prize is amazing so i just had to have a go, and as I had just bought a Tim Holtz printer tray, I thought it was the perfect thing to do. So in between dt work I have been working away at this, and completely enjoying myself to boot!

I have used Little darlings/saturated canary stamps and the little darlings sentiment stamps which are fab!!

So here it is, sorry it is very picture heavy, so get comfy!!

Hello lovelies, hope you are all well, it has been lovely here today, sun shining, birds singing, I even managed to get a washing out today!! shock horror!! lol a dry day for once. I think it was needed after yesterday, we had heavy hailstones several times yesterday, I got caught in them when I collected kids from school, we had to run home!

Masking at MDUC

Well hello lovelies, hope you are all having a lovely weekend so far. Im not jumping up and down with spring just yet as I have just finished a course of antibiotics for severe tonsillitis and I still have a niggling sore throat, so not happy right now! :-( I guess I will need to go back and see my doctor as I may need another course. Fingers crossed it doesnt come to anything!

Well its time for a new challenge over at MDUC, oh and have you seen we are having a dt call! We are looking for 2 new family members to join us. You never know unless you try :-)

So this weeks theme is 'Masking' so I just had to use my new stamps from the latest collection, I have used Princess pea and Tildas Mattresses. Isnt she just a cutie?

I have used some frantage which I bought here, I love this stuff! Everything in sight is getting 'frantaged!' Lol I can see why this is becoming a huge trend right now!

Things with wings at Mo's

Morning lovelies, well the Easter holiday break is almost over and the kids are back at school on Monday, its actually gone by quite quickly although I've spent half of it poorly again! I've had severe tonsillitis, again! Still on antibiotics, only one tablet left thank goodness. The side effects of the tablets are worse than the tonsillitis!


So anyway its Thursday again, so its time for a new challenge over at Mo's and this week our host is Debbie and she has chosen the theme 'Things With Wings' which is one of my favourite themes, you know me, I love my butterflies, fairies etc
I have used 3 baby fairies which was one of my first ever Mo images, I adore the little cute tummy!

Well hello there lovelies! How have you all been?

I have had a lovely break and spent some much needed time with my family and had a break from my craftroom. I did sneak in there a couple of times, but it was to do something different than my usual colouring and card making. I will share some pics of what I was up to very soon.

But I am here today with my first dt card for ages, and its for a fantastic theme over at Mo's. Our host this week is the gorgeous Tracy, and boy did she pick a doozie of a theme, 'Use Fabric'

well believe me when I say we were more than challenged this week, but I have to say the team have come up with some fantastic creations, that I hope will truly inspire you. I have used one of Mo's newest images, called Fairy Needle Isn't she just the sweetest? Look at those darling little curls!

Well Hello!

Hello my lovelies, well its been a few weeks since I have posted anything and I got the urge to make a card tonight, which is a good thing believe me! I was beginning to to think I would never feel like making a card again. I still have lost my joy of colouring, I actually had these images all coloured in ages ago, and they have been sitting on my desk just waiting. I hope it comes back soon. I have got quite a few coloured in images so I should be ok for a while though.
I will give you a quick update on Maya too, she is coming on great with her new diet, she has regained all the weight she lost plus a little extra. She is doing really well, but we are having a few tantrums over things at the moment, I think its just her way of reacting to all the changes. But all in all she is much better.

A break

Morning lovelies, I just wanted to pop on and leave a quick message.
As most of you know I have had a difficult few months, and it all has finally caught up with me. To be honest I had a total meltdown the other night, and after talking to all my Design teams I am taking the month of March off all my dt duties. I have truly lost my mojo and my love for colouring and feel that I just need to take a step back, relax, spend time with my family and craft when I want too for fun. I hope that by doing this it will re-ignite my love for this hobby and I will come back in April ready to go.
Thank you to each and every one of my followers who have stuck with me these last few months, I cannot say enough words to say how grateful I am.
I will be back before you know it!! xxxx

Especially for you at MDUC

Hi lovelies, I hope you are having a good weekend, Thank you to everyone for all your lovely birthday wishes, it was so lovely having all these birthday greetings on fb and emails and messages. I had a lovely time, and got totally spoiled by friends and family. Well its my last year of my 30's and believe me I am finding that a scary thought, so I don't want to think about it at all!!
Quick change of subject! lol it is time for a new challenge over at MDUC and the theme this week is 'Especially For You' now I don't know about you but I cant say that line without bursting into song! that's what comes of having a Kylie mad daughter!
hehehe!!

I have used two stamps from the 'with love collection', the cute Tilda with heart arrows and the flower cloud. I have used my fav colours of the moment, peaches and cream. Lots of lovely lace, ribbon and flowers on it from both the ribbon girl and creative treasures.
